By accessing or using Pikstay, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
Pikstay is an AI-powered accommodation comparison platform. We facilitate comparisons and bookings across Airbnb, VRBO, and hotel platforms. For on-site bookings via Expedia, Expedia Group's terms govern. For referral bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com), those platforms' terms govern.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Free accounts include 5 searches/month and 1 price alert. Pikstay Pro ($12/month or $99/year) includes unlimited searches, unlimited price alerts, group collaboration, and price history. Subscriptions auto-renew and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Pikstay does not guarantee accommodation availability, pricing accuracy, or the quality of any stay. For on-site bookings, your reservation is processed through Expedia Group. For referral bookings, your contract is with the third-party platform and/or host.
Pikstay participates in affiliate programs with Expedia Group, Booking.com, and DCMnetwork. When you book through our platform or referral links, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.
You agree not to violate any laws, submit false information, attempt to reverse engineer our platform, use automated tools to access the service, or attempt to bypass the registration gate or usage limits.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PIKSTAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIKSTAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PIKSTAY IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) $100.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Pikstay.
